Skatathon a Raging Success
Pond Hockey colors dominated the Kinsmen Twin Arenas throughout the afternoon on Dec 22.
Despite being a working Monday, parents and kids pulled through in the crunch and the net result was a new record for attendance at the annual Skatathon fundraiser. Many thanks to the coaches, parents, players and directors for their work on our one and only fundraising activity of the year.

We need to get the collections in immediately so we can process the prizes.
Please get your money and pledge forms to your coach or designated representative on or before January 4.
Coaches or reps will then phone Jane at 403-309-4236 to drop off. Packages must be dropped by January 5 to be eligible for prizes.
Prize winners will be posted on the Pond Hockey website on January 9 and handed out at the tournament on January 10.
The top three collectors in each division win a 2009 Limited Edition Pond Hockey Hoodie, a signed Red Deer Rebels Hockey Stick and a $75 Rebels gift certificate.
In addition, the Top 4 Collectors Overall win our funky new Pond Hockey Wheeled Hockey bag.
To top it off, the top four collecting teams each win a pizza party for coaches and players
