Good morning families!

We are happy to announce our Red Deer Pond Hockey goalie camp is back again this year!

This camp is free to Red Deer Pond Hockey players with an interest in becoming a goalie or for those that are already goalies. It is available for Divisions 2-6 only.

We encourage you to sign up early as spots are limited.

We also will need on ice helpers in order to be able to host this event, so we encourage you to please sign up in the attached corresponding sign ups as an on ice helper. You must have skates, helmet, gloves and your own stick to be able to assist on ice, and you must be over 16 years of age to help on ice. Without an adequate number of helpers, we can not hold the camp.

PLEASE READ - We need you to provide your players, weight and height in order to supply the goalie equipment.

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:

• Helmet
• Neck guard
• Skates
• Cup
• Hockey Pants
• Hockey Socks

We will supply shoulder pads, goalie pads, glove & blocker and goalie stick.

 If you have your own goalie equipment please let us know.

Camp date and times are as follows:

October 5, 2024 at the G.H. Dawe Arena. We encourage you to come early to allow for enough time for your player to pick up goalie equipment and to get dressed. Equipment will be available for pick up at our trailer in the North West corner of the Dawe parking lot. If you need to use Pond Hockey Equipment, please come pick up your equipment BEFORE going into the arena.

When the camp is over, please RETURN the equipment to the trailer in the parking lot as it will need to be handed out to teams after the camp.
